During the phone call we will address the following:

- Discuss in more depth how the coaching process works.
- Answer any questions you may have about coaching and/or me.
- Help me understand the current situation and the need for coaching.
- Discuss desired goals and outcomes.
- Determine if and how to get started and get an estimate of the professional service fees.

If after this initial phone consultation we decide to proceed, then there are two ways to go forward depending on whether you are considering coaching for yourself or for another person.

If you are exploring engaging in a coaching relationship for yourself, we will then arrange a personal meeting to have a more in-depth conversation about your developmental goals. This might also include a meeting with your boss or sponsor at this time.

If you are exploring the possibility of engaging someone else in a coaching relationship, we’ll arrange a personal meeting with this person and me to have an in-depth conversation about coaching and his or her developmental goals. This might also include at this time a meeting with you to get your views on the outcomes desired from leadership coaching.

The reason for both the phone call and personal meeting is to make sure that Leadership Coaching is the right approach, that it will be a value added proposition and that we can develop a productive working relationship. Therefore, if after the phone call and personal meeting we decide not to proceed, the only obligation will be reimbursement of any travel related expenses. No fee will be charged.
